    This program is designed to extend the vision of the sorority by cultivating and encouraging high scholastic
    achievement through:
  • Leadership development
  • Educational enrichment
  • Civic engagement
  • Character building

    The Emerging Young Leaders program will develop skills and talents of middle school girls (6th, 7th, & 8th grades)
    with potential for becoming leaders within their local communities, as well as in other venues.

    The objective of the Emerging Young Leaders program is to help alleviate problems concerning women and girls as
    they improve social stature and help maintain a progressive interest in college life as they prepare “to be of service
    to all mankind.”
